A separate media/library room down the hall is perfect for cosy movie nights and a large rumpus room, complete with pool table and additional TV seating area is a great spot for teenagers to hang out for their own downtime.

Outdoors, the magic of this home really starts to sparkle. A large open fireplace, flanked by a pizza oven and BBQ grill, with a lounge area and dining table and superb Sonos sound system make up the outdoor entertainment pit - we're picturing an evening next to the fireplace, a glass of pinot in hand, as you enjoy a pizza night with the family.
