Stairs lead up from the pool to the second floor with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room which cantilevers over the pool and into the native bush and offers stunning views of both the sea and the native bush. Glass sliding doors open out to the sea deck and a bush deck with barbecue area. Guests are welcome to use the two kayaks and paddle boards in the boat shed.

The third floor entrance level includes the Master Bedroom with a super king bed. The master ensuite includes a shower and bath both with views of the bush and walk in wardrobe. Also on this level is a media room, a second bedroom with a super king bed and built in bunks and a separate shower room. The top level offers two further super king rooms and a further shower room with sea views.

The property includes access to a Heli pad, double garage, private beach access via steps and a grass path suitable for a sealegs. It also has a private mooring.

If you do want to tear yourself away from Mahuika and explore Waiheke: Man of War Vineyard and the Waiheke Gin Distillery are approximately 5 minutes drive away.  The property is located at the Eastern end of Waiheke and is approx 20 min drive from the Onetangi area.
