The house has an open-plan layout in the living area with large bifold doors and a seamless indoor and outdoor flow; both the indoor and outdoor spaces are drenched in all-day sun. The kitchen and dining area connect to the main living area and the entire space opens out onto an expansive north-facing deck with stunning panoramic water views. The house is furnished with stylish art and furniture, and has all the modern requirements of wireless fibre and a smart TV.

The hallway leading from the living area leads to the three bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The main bedroom features a King bed, large wardrobes and a modern ensuite, and it opens on to a sunny private deck - again with to-die-for sea views. The second bedroom is set up for another couple with a queen bed. Next door is a third large bedroom with a superking bed - ideal for a couple - which can alternatively be split into two separate single beds if kids are staying too.

With the added benefit of having a sleep out with fold out comfortable sofa bed (available on request at an additional $ 175 per stay )  it is possible to sleep up to 8 guests
