Tiri House is a stylish and modern home that offers extremely spacious living and every convenience for a relaxed family holiday. The property is spread over three levels, with expansive views over Oneroa Bay to the Hauraki Gulf. There are four bedrooms, three large living spaces and three bathrooms. The main lounge is open-plan with floor to ceiling windows, and seamless blending of indoor and outdoor spaces, opening onto the large sea facing deck, with outdoor dining and seating. The modern well-equipped kitchen caters for your every need.
The master bedroom, with a sea facing terrace, is on the top level with king bed and en-suite. The middle floor offers two bunk rooms and shared bathroom; whilst, on the lower level, there is a queen bedroom with ensuite, a lounge with kitchenette and sofa bed, which opens out onto the huge garden.
The Beach, Village with its bars & restaurants are a short 5 min stroll away. There is also a spacious fenced garden With all day sun and convenient living. This is the perfect Waiheke Island getaway!
Each stay incurs a $240 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.
